Dear Mr. Carvajal:
This email is in reply to your request #164-2021 received in my office on
December 11, 2021 for information in that you ask for the following:
“I respectfully request a list of addresses of residential properties
damaged by fire for the month of November 2021”
Upper Township does not have a municipal fire department. The Fire
departments in Upper Township are all volunteer Fire Districts that are
separate entities from the municipality. Upper Township is not the
custodian of the records requested and does not possess them.
I do however have the contact information for the volunteer Fire Districts
which I have provided below, also additional contact information for the
Volunteer Fire Districts can be found on the Upper Township webpage under
