Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Weymouth Township should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

The Township of Weymouth received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA)
request on December 13, 2021.

 

Weymouth Township has had no record of residential properties damaged by
fire for the month of November 2021.

unfilled within a reasonable time as per NJ A3849 required by law, you
have a right to challenge the decision by the Township of Weymouth to deny
access. At your option, you may either institute a proceeding in the
Superior Court of New Jersey or file a complaint with the Government
Records Council (GRC) by completing the Denial of Access Complaint Form.
