This request is limited to the Fire Chief’s official City email account, the identified search terms, and the stated date range. It does not request that the custodian interpret the records, evaluate staffing, conduct research, or create a new record.

If responsive records contain exempt information, please redact only the exempt portion and provide the reasonably segregable remainder. For any record withheld in whole or in part, please identify the date, sender, recipient, general subject matter, and specific legal basis for the withholding or redaction.
