Dear Tuckerton Borough,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: Entire files, including but not limited to, copies of any and all reports, investigation reports, statements, photos, and videos; any and all, investigative notes, audio of 911 Calls, Photographs, Videos, including any and all, subsequent Investigation Reports prepared and generated by any public official, including but not limited to, Fire Department, and Police Departments, and the Fire Marshall's Office; prepared and/or generated from a residential structure fire on April 24, 2019 at approximately 2:30 p.m. at the address located at 309 Absecon Terrace, Tuckerton, NJ.

Hello

I received your request; however regards from the Fire Marshall's Office, Dispatch calls/audio, etc. you will have to request them from a different agency. The Borough uses the County of Ocean for 911 and the Fire Marshall services and they are the custodian of records for pretty much all your request except for the Police Information which I will have to you within the 7 business days. As for the fire department it is a volunteer organization and I will see what they have and get you that info as well. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
