I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

OPRA, Kingwood Township

This OPRA request has been received on Monday, September 22, 2025. It will be reviewed and will be processed. A response will be sent within seven (7) business days after the City's custodian of records receives the request.

Please note that a proper OPRA request must identify with reasonable clarity the records desired. OPRA submissions which request all of an agency's documents, seek information (and not records), or ask questions are not proper requests. See Bent v. Stafford Police Department, 381 N.J. Super. 30, 37 (App. Div. 2005). In addition, record custodians are not required to conduct research or create new records in response to an OPRA request.

Please contact this office should you require further guidance.
