Records requested:
- payments made by the Township Of Clark since 2012 for services rended to and/or goods purchased by any of the township’s departments (Administration, Construction, Recreation, etc) to a business named JABS PERSONAL STITCH INCORPORATED (also doing business as JABS or J.A.B.S) located at 45 Brant Avenue or 1120 Raritan Road, both in Clark NJ, which is registered with the State of New Jersey Entity ID #0400167658.
If it assists you in your response, a list comprised of dates and amounts will sufice.

The documents covering the period from 2012 to 2015 were also attached to the first response on May 6, 2022 along with the current records from 2016 and forward. The same documents are attached to this response showing authorization by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services, Records Management Services, using the retention schedules in the ARTEMIS Records Retention and Disposition Management System.
