This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

As per existing case law, including but not limited to Lamb v. Lavallette Fire Company and Matt Stern v. Lakewood Volunteer Fire Company. In the absence of an official records custodian it is appropriate to serve the township Clerk.

I am requesting all financial documents from the Kingston Volunteer Fire Company for year 2019. I also request all check registry’s, receipts and any other financial document in possession of the Kingston Volunteer Fire Company.
Again I request these documents from the Kingston Volunteer Fire Company and not the South Brunswick Fire District 3. I believe case law has made it clear as in Stern vs. Lakewood Volunteer Fire Company.
