2019, 2020, 2021 Financial Disclosures for Committeeman Michael Lensak
Records that reflect the total cost of the health benefits package that Mr. Lensak participates in with Andover Twp. for the last 10 years
Total cost paid by Andover Twp for Mr. Lensak's benefits and the cost that Mr. Lensak has contributed towards his benefits for the last 10 years. I realize there is a gap in his service.
A copy of the note that was submitted to Kyle Morel of the NJ Herald that was written by Mr. Lensak prior to the council meeting March 4, 2021
Good Afternoon,
I am in receipt of your OPRA request and I am working on getting the
records I can release to you organized. However, we are currently
experiencing a COVID-19 emergency and our offices are closed until further
notice. This will definitely result in a delay in answering your
request in a timely manner.

Good Morning,
I apologize for the delay in getting back to you, but I had issues logging
into the State portal that allows me to access Financial Disclosure
Statements.
In response to you OPRA request, please note the following:
2019, 2020, 2021 Financial Disclosures for Committeeman Michael Lensak.
The Financial Disclosure Statement filed by Mr. Lensak for 2019 is
attached. I have no record of a Financial Disclosure Statement being
filed for Mr. Lensak for 2020. The due date for Financial Disclosure
Filing for 2021 is May 30, 2021, and as of today, Mr. Lensak has not
filed.
Records that reflect the total cost of the health benefits package that
Mr. Lensak participates in with Andover Twp. for the last 10 years
