As part of a due diligence assessment, I request a review of the file for the property located at 400 Magnolia Street, Beverly, NJ. Specifically, I request the following: occupancy permits, building plans/permits, public water and sewer connection permits, violations or complaints, permits or notifications for the removal or installation of storage tanks, fires or other emergency responses, reports of spills or releases, storage or generation of hazardous materials, reports of illegal dumping, land development plans, or any environmental investigation/remediation reports or notifications.
