Filed documents in curfew challenge case

The request was successful.

Please accept this as my request for government records under both OPRA and the common law right of access. Thank you very much for your commitment to transparent government.

BACKGROUND:

Back in 2012, Egg Harbor Township's curfew ordinance was successfully challenged in K.D. and C.D. v. Egg Harbor Township, Docket No. ATL-C-19-12. An April 12, 2012 order, which I have a copy of, states that "[Plaintiff's attorney] is to file plaintiffs' anticipated Motion for attorneys' fees and costs by May 5, 2012 with a return date of June 1, 2012. Mr, Friedman's opposition is to be filed by May 21, 2012. That application is tentatively scheduled for consideration at 9:00 a.m., June 1, 2012. The Court may elect to proceed without requiring appearances."

RECORDS REQUESTED:

1. Civil complaint that initiated the above mentioned court case.

2. The motion for attorney fees, as described above, along with all supporting certifications and briefs together with all opposing and reply filings.

3. The order, judgment or settlement that sets forth the amount of the attorney fees and costs the Plaintiff's attorney received.
