Dear South Brunswick Township Fire District 3,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
When Commisoner Manabico was removed from Chairperson as per a conflict declared from the other Commisioners. In a public forum he cited multiple ethics violations and theft of monies. He contacted firefighters privately to say Jodi Ricanti and Jim Sternado violated law as he cited Jim Sternado was doing buisnesd with his girlfriend for district uniforms

Please produce all violations that he submitted to the board. If any? Or was he given the title back to sweep everything under the rug. Which would require the board to remove him for not carrying out his duty to report
