We are in receipt of your request for the February and March 2021 Personnel
Committee Meeting Minutes. We have reviewed your request with the District’s
Solicitor. He has advised the District that the request had to be denied due
to the fact that information was exempt from public access based on the
following:

N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 Government Records Council has exempted inter-agency or
intra–agency advisory consultative or deliberative material.
N.J.S.A. 47:1A-10 Personnel records are not considered public documents
available for public access.
