In response to your request:
List of all Officers who were on-duty to include within the building at
the time (approximately 10:20am) of the crash.
Response: Officers on duty at the time of the collision were : Terry
Browning, James Arnold, Kevin Gale, Christopher Wilson, and Justin
Poblete. 
 Any officer that was on-duty as previously described please provide all
crash investigation related class certificates.
Response: There are no records responsive to your request for "Class
Certificates", however all officers receive motor vehicle accident report
training at the Police Academy, and James Arnold received additional
training in June 2006 for responding to serious motor vehicle collisions.
