Fatal Accident September 10, 2007
Dear Jackson Township,
Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.
I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.
I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.
I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.
Records requested:
Accident and investigation report(s) for a triple fatal accident that occurred on September 10, 2007 on Route 528 in front of the Little League field at approximately 4:30 pm. The driver of a Mitsubishi Lancer operated by Nicole Greenberg lost control and collided with a Chevrolet Cavalier operated by Natercia Clanton. The collision ultimately resulted in the deaths of Julie Tracy, 17, Kristen O'Hara and Alexandra Tenneriello, both 19. Kindly include any CAD reports, however named, indicating the names of Jackson Police officers who responded, specifically any entries for James Anuario or John Suanno. Thanks
My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
Yours faithfully,
Sean Nelson Boero

Dear Jackson Township,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Open Public Records Act reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Jackson Township's handling of my OPRA request 'Fatal Accident September 10, 2007'.
In a 40+ year military/police career I do not believe I have ever seen such a heavily redacted report. Kindly review with the police department and identify any record associated with this MVA that would include a response or activity by terminated Jackson police officers John Suanno and James Anuario. Three years after they were terminated this event was used to acquire disability pensions due to the trauma they suffered. Thank you.
A full history of my OPRA request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://opramachine.com/request/fatal_ac...
Yours faithfully,
Sean Nelson Boero
