Dear Somerset County,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

Somerset County Board of Agriculture- site visits/notes/records to 214 Mountain View Road Warren 2023 and 2024 to inspect composting operation; complaints regarding noise, dust, odor and manure piles located at 214 Mountainview Road - outcome/resolution/mediation of complaints made by neighbors and/or any other entities including Township of Warren officials; input from Warren Township zoning/planning officials on any resolutions passed/approved by Board of Agriculture approving farming activities from 2020 to date; Farmland assessment and agriculture approved activities for Block: 52 Lot: 6 a/k/a 214 Mountainview Road, Warren; County zoning approval for farmland and farm registration information available.
