False Reports to Seaside Hts police by Neven Tadros and her 8 aliases
Dear Seaside Heights Borough,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
1. All phone calls, transcripts of the calls if possible, dispatch chatter logs, the Audio Tape of each call, calls to 911 and directly to Seaside Hts police dispatch phone number, officer McCarthy, officer Linelli, all other officers, including any and all data, written notes, calls between the officers and dispatch by transcript or Audio Tapes of all involved police personnel involved or who responded to the five (5) separate harassing "welfare checks" regarding Richard Hone and Serenity Hone-Tadros (the minor child) to 201C Sampson Ave, on June 16 and June 17 , any and all emails from [email address], or [email address], including: TO, FROM, SUBJECT, TIME, DATE, ATTACHMENTS, and ALL COPIED INDIVIDUALS as they relate to RICHARD HONE from January 1, 2024 to June 19, 2024.
All copies of police reports regarding above, including the reports filed by Richard Hone from June 16, 17 or 18.
Any and all Transcripts or Audio tape of the call on June 17 requesting the police wait for Tadros to arrive at 201C Sampson ave when she picked Serenity Hone-Tadros up in violation of the court orders regarding no LEO by Tadros at any pick up or drop off, and anything and everything calls, texts, emails, calls to private cell phones of all police officers involving Neven Tadros, aka Veena Haring aka Vena Tadros, aka Neven Muhammad, aka Navine Tadross, aka Navin Tadros, Navine Tadross, aka Neven Tadross dob 11-7-1974 and including reports of hundreds of calls to the Mafia by Neven Tadros that Seaside Hts police are aware of, and any and follow-up reports by Seaside Hts Police.
Copies of any investigations with her kidnapping a child conviction and child abuse convictions, her prostitution ads from 609-892-3808 or 732-337-8916 the police investigated, or not, and any notes, call logs or anything and everything electronically stored or otherwise regarding all above.

Dear Kelly Dwyer,
I'm looking specifically for the "welfare check" phone call transcripts and audio links from Neven Tadros to Seaside Police or 911 on June 16 and June 17.
There were 5 welfare checks made by the mother, Neven Tadros, about my daughter Serenity, even though there was nothing wrong with her, and the three (3) on June 17th were in a span of about 30 minutes so there is no way whatsoever that my child needed to be traumatized for no reason.
There is discretion here that was not adhered to, and I need the call records for proof of that

Also, now I'm thoroughly confused because the police were here 2x on Sunday June 16th, which was father's day, and 3x on Monday the 17th.
When I stopped in a few days later officer McCarthy told me all the calls were "welfare checks".
There can't be only 2. They were here 5x in 2 days (6-16 and 6-17).
These are really important for my daughter and me so the mother doesn't continue to use the police as her private police force to harass us.

Also, the mother told officer McCarthy to wait outside while she picked Serenity but I have a court Order preventing her from doing that because of the horrible message it sends.

The first one does not open, but the second one does.
Please resend the first WAV file from the radio room, it's the bigger file.
I also asked for the mother's calls, not just the dispatch. Please send me copies of the mother's actual calls which is where the harassment is.
The 2nd file is clearly a lie, as my daughter was not crying, she was upset because her mother kept trying to manipulate her to say something that was not true, yet it is not reflected in any police report
The police were here 5 times

Thanks for this.
I still can't open the WC 1 (2) and WC 1 (3) files. It's says "unsupported encoding".
The others work.
Also, can I get Officer McCarthy's calls and texts to and from the mother as she had his cellphone number from June 16 and June 17 and the Phone other file has him saying he would talk to her, which he confirmed with me.
Just trying to gather all the information for the harassment complaints as everything she said on her call to dispatch is a lie, and it was the mother who upset and traumatized Serenity (again after years of abuse) and it was Serenity who told her to "stop calling the police and do not come here".
