Dear Irvington Township,

Under OPRA and the common law right of access, please provide a copy of the press release issued on October 2, 2014 regarding a fine for illegal dumping, as well as records sufficient to show who it was distributed to. Please also provide any subsequent corrections, amendments, apologies, or other follow-up statements issued by the Township in relation to the aforementioned release, and records sufficient to show who they were distributed to.
