Dear Mr. Kratovil:

I write in response to your request for "a copy of the lease for the
abandoned supermarket space at 100 Kirkpatrick Street in New Brunswick
(a/k/a Wellness Plaza), as well copies of all rent checks issued in
connection with that lease, and any correspondence with the landlord (New

In response, attached please find a copy of the lease, a copy of all
applicable rent checks that involved a payment for the first floor of the
wellness center, paid as a lump sum with other expenses involving the
NBPA, and correspondence involving the abandoned supermarket space.   I
trust that this is fully responsive to your request, but please let me
know if I am in error or if you have any other questions.

Very truly yours,
Mike
