Please provide any and all documents with the calculations, in accordance with 18A:F-52 and 18A:7F-53, used in arriving at an equalized valuation multiplier of .014523812 and an income multiplier of .049819447 per the 2019-20 EQA form provided by the NJ Department of Education with the state aid notices to school districts for their 2019-20 budgets, including any and all documents that detail of the adjustments made when a district’s calculated fair share exceeds their adequacy budget. In terms of any computer programs used to calculate the equalized valuation multiplier and the income multiplier, please provide a document detailing the computer algorithms or program coding used to make the computation of these multipliers based on relevant input variables.
