Faculty and Staff Fob Records (2022-2023)
Dear New Jersey Department of Education,
This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
Fob key entrance record logs from September 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 (dates, timestamps, and location of entrance into the building) of Midland Park High School's fobs used by the following:
1. Bergen County Special Services' SHIP (Program for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing) staff
2. Rasheda Garcia
3. Melissa Brockway
These records can be in electronic spreadsheet format.
I understand that records cannot be created so please email me the closest record in similarity to my request or compile separate lists as needed.
