4. List(s) of the authors' names of any deleted, hidden, blocked, banned comments that were on the Neptune City Police Department's public facebook page for the time period of 7-1-2016 to 12-4-2017.

Social Media Use.
There has been one person blocked from the Neptune City Police
Department's Facebook during the time frame of 7/1/2016 to 12/4/2017
