I attempted to do what you requested of me today when I came into work. To my frustration a patrolman decided to remove pictures today under unknown whose authority. The pictures had the comments attached to them. These are the comments I was receiving on my phone that I spoke to you about, and that’s why you could not find anything from Maria’s account when you went to look, as they no longer show up on the page.

Once the photos are deleted, the comments are deleted as well and hence can not be archived which is a violation as we will not be able to meet our OPRA obligations.

I used my phone and screen shoted the comments that I could find, and then printed them out for you they are in your box.

I confirmed that as of this writing NO PERSON is banned from our OPD facebook page.

Sgt. Perruli, Leimburg and alledgedly Weir using someones logins all deleted persons or photos over the last 2 days, however the people have been reinstated or unblocked.

I have built this page from scratch, and for many years it was our only interaction with residents to provide up to date information and advisories prior to us utlizing the reverse 911 more.

Our page is always well received, and people always forward to Oceanport residents page.

I would hate to lose the Facebook page, however there are to many hands in the pot, if I didn’t get that call this could have been a lot worse, but I can not help you if it stays this way.

Please issue an order that no person is to delete posts/pictures or ban any person from the page without staff on call approval.

In addition no officer with the exception of Perrulli, Tucci, Petrillo, Leimburg and Grimes should be accessing our page and posting anything. We need to research how to archive our social media, and or the cost to have a 3^rd party contractor such as Targeted do it for us.

Willing to meet with you guys to formulate a plan of action
