Dear Town of Phillipsburg,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. Activity log of Stephen Ellis, Mayor Facebook page for the time period of May1, 2019 - Up to and including May 24, 2019.

2. Activity log of Mayor Ellis’ personal Facebook account, “Stephen Ellis”. This request is in response to his continued use of his personal account to respond to comments on his official “Stephen Ellis, Mayor” facebook page. There are people blocked from his personal page that cannot view his responses that he is stating in his official capacity as mayor.

Please include his “blocked” list and any deleted activity. Time period for both requests is May 1 - up to and including May 24 2019.
