Dear Allan Bilinski,
Thank you for your response.
Just to clarify, there is/are no documents that show a record of Marlboro Township Police Officers acceptance or denial of an extra duty detail despite policy requiring "an efficient and orderly delivery of contracted police related services for a person or entity other than the Township at large?" What does efficient and orderly mean? How can that be calculated when policy requires "Every attempt will be made to rotate the assignments through the list so each officer has an opportunity to work the assignments." Are the regular overtime shifts for officers including acceptance and denial documented in any type of way such as a scheduling system? Thank you in advance.
Yours sincerely,
Thomas
