Dear Linden Housing Authority,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA
and the common law right of access.  I am not required to fill out an
official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request
per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including
all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place
of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New
Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:im requesting all the extermination reports from January
2026 til April 8th 2026 for the entire linden housing authority

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail
as attachments.  Please confirm you have received this request.  If you

Hello Ms. Brooks,
I am in receipt of your recent communication regarding your OPRA request.
Please be advised that your request is being processed in accordance with
the requirements of the Open Public Records Act (OPRA). All responsive,
non-exempt records will be provided within the statutory timeframe.
In an effort to reduce the ongoing tension and improve coordination
between all parties, the Authority is committed to maintaining a
transparent and consistent communication process. Following a recent
meeting with property management, it was mutually acknowledged that clear
communication and transparency are essential to fostering trust and
supporting a more stable and cooperative working environment.
At the same time, the Authority must ensure that its resources are used
responsibly to support daily operations and resident services.
Repeated requests for the same records place an administrative burden on
the Authority and may impact its ability to effectively serve residents.
Accordingly, to promote transparency and consistency, communications and
responses related to OPRA requests will be shared with appropriate
parties, as necessary, to ensure alignment and reduce misunderstanding.

Why is this addressed to everyone? Where can I view the information I
requested?  Seems like a few other request that I asked for are still not
available. 

In my opinion you're being very unprofessional.

If you would like to email me the information that will be fine.

I have been keeping track of the exterminator reports since August 2025. 
This is nothing new for me to request

Your OPRA request is processed and attached and is in full compliance with
applicable law. 
With respect to your statements, the Authority acknowledges your concerns;
however, it is important to clarify that the Linden Housing Authority
operates in accordance with its legal, regulatory, and public health
obligations. Any communications, including those involving external
agencies or media, are conducted in furtherance of those responsibilities
and not for the purpose of causing harm, embarrassment, or distress to
residents.
I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing health challenges and that
you feel as though you have nothing to lose. It is so sad to live in this
difficult space, but I will keep you in my prayers. At the same time,
please know that the Authority remains committed to the health, safety,
and well-being of all residents.
With the knowledge and permission of your property manager, I would be
willing to meet with you to discuss any concerns you may have, provided
such discussion is appropriate and conducted through proper channels.
Please be advised that the Authority will not engage in discussions that
are unrelated to the scope of your OPRA request, including personal
assertions, allegations, or matters involving third parties who are not
directly relevant. Additionally, the Authority will not include or
reference any individual unnecessarily in connection with your request.

professional, respectful, and legally compliant environment. Any further
correspondence on this matter must be limited strictly to the processing
of your OPRA request. Communications that fall outside of this scope may

Dear Dr. Marlena Berghammer,

This will be the last time I respond to you regarding MY OPRA request
(Jennifer Brook)  I am over 18 years old and I have no guardian or Payee. 
I do not know why your bringing my sister into this.  August 11 2025 you 
president danie orlien and the Mayor had News 12 NJ come onto our building
property saying our building was infested with bugs and vermin.  You will
be able to look that up online.  All false allegations.  A resident in my
building came to me and ask if I can help her with a rally because she had
her sister call her from California worrying about her since she saw it on
the news/online.  We had a rally saying we didn't want politics involved
with our buildings..including all building.  When our building was accused
of being infested...many including myself were embarrassed.  I would have
stopped along time ago but you messed with my home and the rest of the
residents home. 

Please leave my sister out of this.  I have worked with seniors for many
many years before becoming disabled.  I am a sick woman and I have nothing
to lose.  I want the truth to be told!!  If anyone from HUD would like to
speak to me and the other residents from EMT theyre more welcome.  I wish
they would especially the woman who wanted to start the rally in August
2025.
