Dear Essex County Superior Court,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I respectfully request the expungement of this record approximately 44 years ago by Newark NJ PD for possession of lottery. There was no involvement of violence and I have not been in matters such that or any criminal arrest since that time. I would appreciate if this court will consider my request in light of the time frame of this matter and my life as a productive citizen over these years.
