This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested: All documentation, proposals, plans, meeting notes, committee notes and/or emails regarding the report and associated meetings held by the Exploratory Committee meeting(s) regarding “Valley Town” (reported to include a strip of retail stores and aquatic center) at the Valley Program property in Norwood, as presented by Jessica Spillane and GC Vaghasia at the last public BOE meeting from July 2023 to date.
