Dear Cherry Hill Township,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-6(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

I am looking for any and all information on the processes and decision making factors regarding annual salary increases for non contractual employees, including but not limited to criteria considered, calculation of cost-of-living vs merit adjustments, and determination for what percentage is used in the process.

In response to your OPRA Request received January 27, 2026 we have
reviewed your request and have found that we do not have any
documents responsive to same.

As a result of our search, subsequent findings and this response
to your request, we have marked your OPRA request as satisfied and
closed.

A copy of the Denial Poster with instructions to applicants who
wish to appeal any denial or part thereof is attached hereto. You
have the right to appeal the decision that the document or
documents are not public records. You may take your appeal to the
Government Records Council or the New Jersey Superior Court, as
provided by N.J.S.A. 47:1A-1 et seq.
