Pursuant to the New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA), I request copies of all records concerning expenses submitted by, reimbursed to, paid for, or requested by any current or former Borough Council member and by any current or former Borough Administrator from January 1, 2024 through the date this request is fulfilled.

This includes:

All expense reports, reimbursement requests, vouchers, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation.

Records of expenses paid directly by the Borough on behalf of council members or business administrator, including travel, mileage, lodging, meals, conferences, training, registration fees, memberships, and similar expenses.

All reimbursement or expense requests that were denied, rejected, reduced, or not approved, including the original request and supporting documentation.

All records created or existing at the time of the denial documenting the reason or basis for denying, rejecting, reducing, or declining the request, including emails, memoranda, notes, correspondence, approvals/disapprovals, and communications involving Borough officials, Business administrator, or employees.

Records identifying the council member, amount requested, amount paid or denied, date, purpose, and approving or denying official.
