Dear Ceci Tramontana, I do not know had to respond. The public was privy to the opening of the executive meeting. The clerk will, reduce the recording and her hand written notes to a piece of paper. A document written in google docs or word. Commonly referred as a document.
The document will be reviewed and submitted, at later date, to provide to the public. A document. The length of the documents may be more than one, possibility two, maybe three. Documents, according to Webster is plural, hence, more than one.
If you require any further definitions, you may want to consult an English teacher as a primary language.
