Digital copy of the executed lease for Jimmy John's restaurant, which closed in 2019.
All addendums or documents indicating or making legal, that the Jimmy John's lease was converted to the Surreal Creamery lease, if that was the case. If not please provide both leases, as well as all associated documents and addendums.
