Place Alliance.com but I do not know if this relates to ownership?

The Exchange Place Alliance is the management company which operates the
Exchange Place Special Improvement District which these properties belong
to, but the Exchange Place Alliance does not own these properties. Kindly

you more information about how maintenance responsibilities are shared
within the Exchange Place Special Improvement District and the properties
