This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records request:
Who owns the Tuckerton Fire Department Building ? Is it the Borough of Tuckerton or the Fire Department themselves? How much money is allocated or given to the Tuckerton Fire Department every year?

The building is owned by the fire department and the Borough gives an annual donation of $50,000 for the fire department and an annual donation of $10,000 for the EMS services

If you go to our website and look around there is a lot of your answers there... meaning the budgets are there and the line items in there and state a lot of information... if you have questions on them just let me know... and you don’t have to OPRA request a question if you don’t want to.... just shoot me an email or call and I can help with any of it....
I have the police working on the info you requested for violations and finance working on the employees once I have that info I will send it over
