Good Morning:
We are in the process of researching records responsive to your subject
request. However, due to the state of emergency and public health
emergency declared by Governor Murphy per Executive Order No. 103 in
response to the dangers posed by Coronavirus disease 2019 (“COVID-19”)
followed by Executive Orders (Nos. 104-129) to protect the public health,
safety, and welfare against the emergency created by COVID-19 pandemic,
the Township needs additional time to respond to your request as permitted
by P.L.[1]2020, c. 10, § 1, eff. Mar. 20, 2020 amending N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.
The Township will respond by May 27^th to the extent possible.

Dear Clerk
Based upon the fact that you have not responded with the documents which I requested as the date of the request was May 6, 2020, and as of today, my request is 24 days old.
Based on the fact that these records are immediate I am taking your lack of a response as a denial.
I will give you til 12:00 pm on Monday, June 1 to produce the requested records or I will be filing a motion in Superior Court against you and the township
This is totally unreasonable
