A Vaughn Index is not required for this response as you received all the
records responsive, with redactions.
Redactions under OPRA must be summarized in the response, which I did
detail to you.
There are very few redactions in your response. Perhaps you can point out

Mr. McGorry:
The annual audit and inspection reports do contain certain suggestions
with respect to staffing in regards to evidence management. These
suggestions are ACD and must be redacted.
The description and suggestions as to evidence security are also items to
be redacted. The report identifies where and how specific evidence
categories are stored and certain details surrounding them. If this
information is disclosed, it may pose an increase threat for theft or
tampering with these evidence items. As such, such information must be
protected from disclosure as “emergency or security information or
procedures for any buildings or facility which, if disclosed, would
jeopardize security of the building or facility or persons therein.”
