Mr. Troy P,
With regard to your OPRA request for “Eviction requests in the last year”,
as previously stated the Borough of Carteret does not keep a list of
Evictions within the town nor does it process evictions. You would have
to contact Middlesex County court for that as that is where any evictions
would be filed. You may also contact the Housing Authority at (732)
541-6800 as they may be able to help you.
