This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Please provide the following information in an excel spreadsheet sent via e-mail on properties in Evesham that:
-have been documented as abandoned/vacant within the last year
-have been documented as in probate within the last year
-are absentee-owned
-have code violations within the last year exceeding $1,000 - please include balance owed and type of violation
-are more than 2 months delinquent in paying their property taxes within the last year
-are more than 2 months delinquent in paying their sewer bill within the last year
-are more than 2 months delinquent in paying their water bill within the last year
-are scheduled to go to tax sale
-have municipal liens that were not sold during this year's tax sale
-have received a water shut off notice within the last three months
-Class 2 properties with outstanding property tax balances greater than $2,000

Development, Tax Collector and Clerk's Office to fulfill information you
seek on or before due date of October 17, 2022.
We are NOT able to reply regarding anything with Water or Sewer. That is

We are unable to supply you with an accurate list of residential properties with open code violations- within the past year, exceeding $1000.00 to include the present balance and type of violation. Please request individual addresses regarding open construction violations only. I can research this type of request.

Good Morning,
We are in receipt of your OPRA Request assigned # 22-0553. I am able to
provide the Township of Evesham’s Current VPR/Vacant Property Registry to
fulfil your request. Have seen that Community Development Office has
responded on Friday, October 7^th and the remaining department is Tax
Collector. They will be responding via email as requested on or before
the due date of October 17, 2022.
Also, anything regarding water and sewer is with TMUA/Evesham Municipal
Utilities Authority 100 Sharp Road and filed separately with them. www.
