-The North Hanover Township Board of Education
-The Northern Burlington Regional Board of Education

Good afternoon,
Attached please find records responsive to part one of the above
referenced request. The records have been redacted to protect reasonable
expectations of privacy relative to personal information, including
telephone numbers and addresses, pursuant to NJSA 47:1A-1 et seq.
N.J.A.C. 6A:28-6.6(g) requests that the School Ethics Commission hold all
information confidential regarding any pending matter until the Commission
finds that a school official has violated the Act, or until the matter is
settled, withdrawn, or dismissed. Accordingly, additional records
responsive to part one of this request have been withheld.
The Department of Education does not make or maintain records responsive
to part two of your request. Accordingly, that part of your request is
denied.
A receipt indicating same, and that your request has been closed, is also
attached.
