Ethics Complaints - Neptune Township Elected Officials

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Office of Ethics should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear New Jersey Department of Community Affairs, Office of Ethics,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

1. I am requesting copies of all ethics complaints and dispositions against all Neptune Township (Monmouth County) elected officials, committee members and Neptune Township employees from January 1, 2017 to December 30, 2021 including but not limited to; Michael Brantley, Nicholas Williams, Tassie York, James Butler.
2. I am requesting all emails, correspondences and documents relating to #1.
