Ethical Standards Board Meeting Minutes and Membership Roster (20230514-1)

BACKGROUND:
§ 22-7 of the Township Code established an Ethical Standards Board and N.J.S.A. 40A:9-22.19 requires the Ethical Standard Board to "annually elect a chairman from among [its] membership."
RECORDS REQUESTED:
1. The minutes of the most recent Ethical Standards Board meeting.
2. The agenda from the most recent Ethical Standards Board meeting.
3. The Township Committee motion or resolution that most recently appointed a member to the Ethical Standards Board.
