Any records of all sidewalk repairs or sidewalk construction projects completed adjacent to 439-441 Hawthorne Ave, Newark, NJ 07112, including all bid documents, contracts, invoices, job notes, photographs, emails and/or correspondence pertaining to work performed by the City of Newark and or County of Essex, as well as all contractors or subcontractors or other entities with respect to the paving, repair, or maintenance of the sidewalk adjacent to 439-441 Hawthorne Ave, Newark, NJ 07112.
