Dear Lacey Township School District,

This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:
I am requesting a full accounting of all ESSER Funds received by the Lacey School District between the dates of Jan. 1, 2020 thru January 24, 2022. I am requesting the exact amount received by the School District of These funds and a full accounting of how these monies have been spent.

I am also seeking the current balances of all such ESSER funds left in the School districts accounts.

I received a response but the records that you sent were not what I asked for. Please read the request I sent. I am not looking for applications. I am looking for fund balances of all ESSER Funds received and a complete financial accounting of how those funds have been spent such as a expense report of all ESSER Funds etc. and Balances of these funds held by the District

Good afternoon.
 
This email confirms that as the district’s official Custodian of Records,
I received your Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request via email on
Wednesday, January 26, 2022. 
In accordance with the law, I have seven (7) business days to either
provide the information requested or a valid reason why the information
requested cannot be provided. The seventh (7th) business day deadline to
respond to your request is Friday, February 4, 2022.
As I mentioned to you in a subsequent telephone conversation between us,
your request requires additional time beyond Friday, February 4, 2022 to
fulfill because a record is being created and will be presented at the
next regular meeting of the Board of Education scheduled for
Thursday, February 17, 2022. Therefore, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 47:1A-5.i., I
am requesting an extension of time to the day following the February board
meeting which is no earlier than Friday, February 18, 2022.
