EQA_FORM data for CONVERG macro
Dear New Jersey Department of Education,

Please provide a copy of the current EQA_FORM data table that is referred to on the first page of the CONVERG macro for calculating aid.
Please provide the dataset in the original, machine-readable format maintained within NJDOE's SAS environment.
I have loaded the CONVERG macro into the SAS statistical software and the macro will not run without this data.
