This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.

I am conducting a Phase 1 environmental due diligence for 33 S Cooks Bridge Rd, Jackson Block 8101 Lot 4. Please sent me all records related to any environmental, known contamination and underground storage tanks on the subject and surrounding properties.
