Dear Spotswood Borough,

Atlantic Environmental Solutions, Inc. (AESI) has been retained to perform an environmental assessment at a subject property located at 85 Main Street, Borough of Spotswood, Middlsex County, New Jersey. The Blocks and Lots associated with this site are as follows: Block 88888 Lot 1, Block 101 Lot 4 and 5, Block 94 Lot 11 and 12, Block 98 Lot 2, and Block 101 Lot 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6. The purpose of this request is to obtain any information which may be in your files in connection with the subject property. Please review your files for any of the following: -Environmental violations, incidents, complaints, etc. -Community Right to Know (RTK) Information -Underground Storage Tank (UST) registrations, installation or removal permits -Hazardous substance (including petroleum) discharges, leaks, spills, etc. -Monitoring well, potable well, or other well installation records -Groundwater contamination reports, including Classification Exception Areas (CEAs) -Declaration of Environmental Restrictions (DERs) -Hazardous Substance Inventories -Air emission permits, records -Solid waste or sanitary waste permits, records -Discharge case numbers
