Dear Egg Harbor City,

Please accept this electronic request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form or use a particular software platform to submit my request per NJSA 47:1A-5(f), which states that an email from a requestor including all of the information required on the adopted form shall suffice in place of a completed form as a valid government record request.

I HAVE NOT been convicted of any indictable offense under the laws of New Jersey, any other state, or the United States.

I WILL NOT use the requested government records for a commercial purpose.

I AM NOT seeking records in connection with a legal proceeding.

Records requested:

Please provide the following records from September 1, 2024, through the present date:

1. Permits and Applications: Any and all municipal well drilling permits, soil disturbance permits, street opening permits, or related applications and approvals submitted by or issued to Uni-Tech Drilling Co., Inc. (or any of its subsidiaries, parent companies, or subcontractors) for work performed at or adjacent to the former city LANDFILL/ TOWER SITE property.

2. Contracts, Work Orders, and Procurement: Any and all contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, work orders, requests for proposals (RFPs), or bid submissions involving Uni-Tech Drilling Co., Inc. regarding environmental drilling, boring, soil sampling, or monitoring well installation at the aforementioned site.

3. Manifests, Reports, and Logs: Any and all drilling logs, well completion reports, soil boring logs, environmental sampling manifests, or technical field notes generated by Uni-Tech Drilling Co., Inc. or submitted to the City of Egg Harbor City, its engineering firms, or the building/code enforcement departments.

4. Communications / Correspondence: All electronic mail (emails, including attachments), text messages, and written memoranda exchanged between any Egg Harbor City official, employee, or designated professional (including the municipal engineering firm) and representatives of Uni-Tech Drilling Co., Inc. regarding scheduling, site access, permitting, or execution of drilling activities at the LANDFILL/ TOWER SITE.
