The request seeks access to the following records:

EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I
ESA) at the Renault Winery & Resort, located at 72 North Bremen Avenue,
Galloway Township, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all
files pertaining to the property. In particular, we are requesting all
files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/heating oil tanks,
monitoring wells, potable wells, septic tanks/systems, chemical/oil
spills, hazardous materials use/storage, building and demolition permits,
and ownership records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank
