This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access. I am not required to fill out an official form. Please acknowledge receipt of this message.
Records requested:

I am conducting an environmental due diligence on the property located East of Park Avenue in Weehawken (Block 34.03, Lot 2.05 (formerly lots 1.01 and 1.02) and seek all identifiable records regarding groundwater and soil contamination/remediation, including but not limited to SI/RI/RA Reports, UST registration or closure documentation and reporting, ecological receptor reports, and receptor evaluations.
