Regarding the property located at 330 Harmersville Pecks Corner Road, Quinton Township, Salem County, NJ 08079 (Block 36 Lot 23): ECS is requesting files related to a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) being conducted at the aforementioned property. The requested files include: registration records of above and/or underground storage tanks, hazardous waste manifests, records of environmental spills or releases, site remediation plans, and any records of environmental liens, environmental permits, and/or any notices of violations, excursions, corrective action orders or fines/penalties against any business or operation associated with the property.

My preferred delivery method for response(s) to this request is by E-mail as attachments. Please confirm you have received this request. If you are not the custodian of records, please forward my request to that person and provide their email address to me for future reference.
