This is a request for public records made under OPRA and the common law right of access.
EnviroSure is conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (Phase I ESA) at the property identified as Block 315, Lot 10 (Herschel Street), Galloway Township, Atlantic County, NJ. In that regard, we are requesting a search of all files pertaining to the property. In particular, files pertaining to underground storage tanks (USTs)/oil tanks, septic tanks, potable and monitoring wells, chemical and oil spills, hazardous materials, building and demolition permits, and ownership/land use records. Electronic copies are preferred if available. Thank you.
